This hotel is a lovely modern hotel with compact rooms. The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. Ensure you ask for a room on a higher floor, as floor 2 has huge noise issues from approx. 5am onwards. The gym is below, and the noise from the weights being dropped is so loud. Thankfully the music didn't start until 8am, but if you're there for a peaceful getaway then plan carefully. We didn't arrive to the hotel until 2am after a long drive, and managed only a few hours sleep. The staff were aware of the issue, but unfortunately don't have much control. We were offered some drinks in Starbucks as compensation, but I would have preferred a sleep before our cruise!

Clean and modern hotel equipped with the very best gym I've ever experienced in a hotel. Also nice to have a Starbucks and a pub in the lobby...everything I'd need in a hotel!!

The property was relatively new and as such was to a generally good standard. The cleaning needs some improvement. Clearly skimped a bit on bathroom floor as was remains from previous occupants by way of confetti/sequence and various ‘bits’ suggestion a mop had been pushed around but nothing picked up. Would do with a good hoover. Main issue though was the noise from some continuous machine outside the bedroom door. The ding from nearby lift came through to room loud and clear. The slamming/heavy closing of other bedroom doors. All of these made for late night and early wake-ups. Not what I would expect from such a hotel.

Stayed here one night before a cruise out of Southampton. A wonderful big hotel with Starbucks on site and a large pool and hot tub along with steam rooms, ice plunge and sauna. I only use the pool in the hot tub, but there were lots of people using the rest of the amenities. Room was small but very comfortable. Bathroom has a glass door, which was fine for me because I had my own room. I don’t think I would be as comfortable if I were sharing with friends . There would be no privacy unless the other person left the room. Other friends, I was traveling with suggested bringing a cheap shower curtain to throw over the door and that would solve all the issues a . My only real issue was that the restaurant was out of things that I wanted to order for dinner. In the end, the food was not that great. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again, but I would have food delivered.

The room was fairly basic, minimalist! There were no spare blankets available but the room had heat available in the hotel. The restaurant ordering was all by QR code - no cash. The food was good. The outer corridors was noisy until 9.45pm with small children running up and down and yelling unsupervised. I didn’t report it hoping the parents would act like parents!

Overall good, comfortable large bed, nice pool and good breakfast, hot and plenty of it. Really good consistent helpful staff. Surprisingly small bedroom no space to fit luggage out of the way! Poor design to shower left water all over bathroom floor. Bedroom size more suitable for one person, small thing but only one chocolate bar between two people with the tea and coffee offering in the room. Would rate 8/10 overall.

Great welcome by helpful staff at check in, payed for parking overnight by machine. Room dark, window only in bathroom. Bed comfortable. Limited hanging space. Woken up by banging noises very early, to find it was the gym underneath, maybe an issue if you want to sleep past 6. I requested a lower floor so maybe should have read other reviews. Bar area great, busy the night we stayed but functioned well. Great bowl of nachos which fed us both and some. Also onsite Starbucks. We stayed before a cruise so an easy run down to the ship,
