"Very nice place to stay with everything near by"

"We stayed in this Omni hotel for the first time, but we stayed in other Omni hotels in the past. The hotel is located in the downtown close to a lot of nice restaurants, cafe, shopping malls and several museums. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff is outstanding, very attentive, friendly and professional. The hotel has a restaurant that has a good selection for breakfast including hot menu items and cold buffet. "Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was nice and clean. A few minor details though: a full length mirror would be nice, as there was just the one over the sink in the bathroom, and the toilet paper holder was really far from the toilet (at 5’5” I could barely reach it when sitting). Also, the restaurant was closed for renovations so we always had to go out to eat, and there was an odd smell in the lobby of our floor (but not in the room itself). This being said, I would still go back...

"Loved the service as always. Said you have stayed here many times which is nice. We had a light iut in the kitchen came right up to fix. We did have an issue with the chair but it was late so we will share when we checkout "

"The hotel is very central, 2-3 minutes walk to CF Rideau Centre. It is at walking distance from the Parliament Hill. Tons of food and shopping options. The front desk staff were friendly. Good room service. The large pool was a plus. We'll definitely prefer to stay here again when visiting Ottawa. "

"This is a basic hotel- nothing fancy. It is clean, had everything listed ( hair dryer, soaps, lotions, shampoo, conditioner......) Breakfast of cereal, muffins, bagels with butter, jams, cream cheese and peanut butter available. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here numerous times. "
