"Lovely room. Keswick Suite has seperate sitting area in tower with panoramic views to the western hills.

"Excellent check in staff, but found all staff polite and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for them. We had a lake view and had been pre informed of the scaffolding outside our window, it did block the view but not too much.
