"Lovely hotel on the banks of the lake. Spa including indoor pool, sauna & steam room along with changing facilities. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Only downsides were breakfast was small portions, the veggie sausage was amazing but the veggie bacon not so much. There were many rooms that had been refurbished but ours wasn’t one of them, so the decor was a little dated & the fabric sofa needed a good clean. Nice touches in terms of information about the local area and bottles of water at the bedside. Tea, coffee & hot chocolate making facilities in the room and room service available with a fee per delivery. Thanks for having us!"

"Customer service stood out for me. I booked a certain room and initially didn’t get it. The lady at reception (didn’t get her name but she worked 1st Nov) ran around the hotel to sort out the room for me straight away. Room was super clean, quiet and stylish. Had the peaceful weekend I was looking for! "
