"Was room was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially as we had our small dog with us and the food was delicious. The surrounding grounds were beautifully kept too with a good amount of attention to detail. Parking was good too, especially as I had a big trailer with me."

"We stayed in a room with hot tub, it was gorgeous. The view was nice. They provided towels, robes and slippers. There were also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the room. We had food in the onsite pub which was lovely we really enjoyed it. The spa is also very nice and relaxing and you are able to order drinks in there. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. The concierge was very welcoming and gave us a tour and showed us to our room. "

"We have stayed at the Riverside hotel a few times. Not been for about 8 years but had a one night stay on the 9th May. It has been one of my favourite hotels but after staying this time the cleanliness has gone down hill. The family room No 3 was very dusty on skirting boards and dado rails and window sill was covered in flies. The shower room needed bleaching around the bottom of the shower. The lamp on the dressing table was extra dusty on top . These things can be put right if you got a good cleaner in. It has certainly put me off staying again. The breakfast was so nice & were the staff. A lovely clean bed but the lack of dusting in the room has let this hotel down. 😪"

"I had such a delightful stay! The room was spacious and clean, with a breathtaking view that added to the enjoyment. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. I particularly appreciated the breakfast menu, which featured delicious vegan options. We made sure to reserve a table every morning. All in all, it was a truly fantastic experience!"
