"Really great stay! Outstanding service, especially from staff at the bar and check in desk. Loved seeing the bunnies on the lawn outside. Beautiful old property but needs a bit of a facelift in places. Room was comfortable but unfortunately the mattress sloped down on one side so I woke up several times fighting for my life to keep from rolling off the bed. Lovely stay overall though, good breakfast, would happily stay again."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Woodlands. Our room was a reasonable size and fully equipped. The bed was comfortable. There are some signs of age showing however, everything was clean and for the rate charged we felt we had excellent value. The breakfast was outstanding. "

"A really nice stay, our room looked very newly refurbished, new paints, carpets, furniture and a great bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Very good value for money, we’ll stay again."

"The staff at this hotel were amazing and so kind! Especially Moses who worked at the bar, very professional and polite! The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel is under renovations at the moment, so there is scaffolding and the elevators do not work. But they were very good about letting me know ahead of time and offering to put us on the first floor if needed. We would definitely come here again! Thank you to all of the staff! You guys are top notch!"
