"Cool property in a great spot. Banff is pricey at the best of times so I think the room was decent value. The restaurant isn’t the best. Service was slow despite it being quiet. And the front end staff were a tad frigid at check in. Nice and polite but not overly welcoming. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Could have used a few more coffee pods for a two room unit as there were four of us. The Parkade is great. Big lots of spaces. The pool area is fantastic when it’s not crowded. "

"Great staff and service. We were early to check in so they let us use the hot tubs and rushed to get our room ready early for no extra charge. Heated underground parking was a great benefit"

"The rooms are next to the parking and that was a problem the whole night. First was a guy with with the engine running for more than 2 hours outside our window, then the same guy later night try to get imto our room and other scaring us, was an awful night. "

What really made our stay memorable was the pool, the kids had so much fun! They didn’t want to leave and kept asking to go back again and again. It was clean, well-maintained, and a great place for families to relax and enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families, especially if your kids love swimming!"
