Mario was very friendly, pleasant, and extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions for activities and restaurants. I would give them 20 stars!!! This location is also about a ten minute walk on the beach to the world class Tulum ruins."

The digital check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed.
