"Very organic and dreamy experience. Beautiful location, beautiful room (chalet) on the beach just steps away from the ocean! Mario was very friendly, pleasant, and extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions for activities and restaurants. I would give them 20 stars!!! This location is also about a ten minute walk on the beach to the world class Tulum ruins."

"Beautiful hotel with a rooftop pool and bar. They have a ground level pool as well. Rooms were comfortable and modern. The AC worked great. Underground parking for rental car. A quick drive and you are at beaches, restaurant, bars in the jungle. There is a super market across the street for anything you may need."

"Hotel Shibari was very welcoming. Staff was very accommodating! Randy at ATTA was the best server we have had in a while. They were helpful recommendations for tours and booking transportation.
