"The decor is very modern and appealing. Most front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The two security people outside the bar were aloof and standoffish. The rooms were comfortable for the most part except for the extra high tubs that were extremely difficult and dangerous to navigate. The replenishing of water bottles was appreciated."

"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. "Our stay at the Mandeville was outstanding. The main reason for this was the concierge, Said. He helped me so much, especially with my wheelchair, recommendations, hailing taxis, and anticipating my needs as I am mobility challenged. He's worth the stay there! The rest of the staff was also efficient and friendly, the hotel is nicely located close to everything, and the room was very clean. I'll stay there anytime I'm in London!"
