The rooms and gym/pool are very small not surprisingly, given the age of the building. Very easy to get around especially around the central sites of Madrid. Appropriately priced. I would easily stay there again. "

"Very good location - nice for a first-time visit. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Building is well renovated. Rooms could be better for the price though - A/C was very loud so had to keep windows open instead (the would not work so well if I went in summer), one time there was some unpleasant bathroom smell, and card key kept demagnetizing twice a day - time to fix the card system. Would still recommend the place overall."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things. We want to particularly thank Gonzalo, Jesús, Alvaro and Gloria for making our stay a great one, your service and warmth made a great difference for us. ¡¡Muchas gracias!!
