"Decent hotel if you’re just passing through, but not the best for sightseeing or a relaxing stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, but the breakfast is pretty limited, and the hotel sits in the middle of an industrial area—not much around. Not as close to the airport or downtown as you’d expect, so getting around takes time. Also, traffic noise at night can be annoying. Fine for a quick stopover, but probably not great for a longer stay in Madrid."

"I had an exceptional experience at the Marriott Madrid from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, making me feel welcome the moment I arrived. The check-in process was seamless, and every interaction during my stay reflected genuine hospitality. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed for both comfort and functionality, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep of my trip here. The breakfast buffet was excellent — fresh, plentiful, and with a wide variety of choices to suit any taste. I also appreciated the hotel’s quiet yet convenient location, with easy access to the city’s highlights. Overall, the Marriott Madrid truly exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!"
