The staff of the hotel truly made the experience memorable. Christina Cordero welcomed us and tried to help with all the questions we had. From the moment we arrived, hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Central location, very busy main street, however the hotel is a quiet elegant world unto itself inside. It provided much needed relief and rest for a tired traveler. The staff were 100% fabulous.

Beautiful. The only one thing was one of three elevators didn’t work and at one point only one elevator was operating. We had to take the stairs up to the eight floor a few times. Otherwise, everything was amazing here. Perfect location. Didn’t need a cab or Metra to get to where we wanted to go. 5 stars for me.

There was only one lift that can cary 3 people . So you need to climbe the stairs all the time . Also the room key is terrible and sometime work and some not . The hotel use to be match better these is my 4 time here and it will be my last
