Very well placed for nearby work places and not a far distance by taxi from central sites like Prado Museum. The rooms are fine, not luxurious but exactly what you need for a good nights sleep, clean, well appointed room. Nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch. Friendly staff so no complaints from me

Property well maintained, staff was great but wifi was horrible. NO free wifi. You had to join a club which I tried and unable to join due to keep getting errors. It seems this place don't have strong wifi signal. Not a good location for good places to eat 😕

Clean room, 10 min walk from metro, but one of the staff at reception was rude. He had general bad attitude & not friendly. Also, When collecting our luggage he gave us all but 1 case, but was saying we had another ticket for the remaining case which we didn't, after explaining he very hesitantly got the last case and didn't give it to us like the other one, but rather rolled the suitcase across the reception to pass it to us and didn't say another word.

Great business hotel

Nice business hotel very close to my office. Breakfast is great - rooms are nicely sized. Nice bar and super friendly (English speaking) staff. Everything works perfectly Only minus is the fitness room, which is rather small and with limited number of machines

First Hotel I stayed at that did not have any tea & coffee making facilities in the room, but I did get a toothbrush English Breakfast tea bags very week despite looking like it being supplied as end supplier I found the restaurant somewhat confusing as there was no indication of what to expect with regard the food until it arrived, one section of the grubby menu was for sharing but there was no option for a single person dinning alone to get the same item. The wait at the tables was odd, I found that you were never sure if you would be served or not, one night I witnessed two other tables being offered bread but I was not (in fact I was never offered bread every time I dined) but the person sitting at the table next to mine ordered the same as me yet got given bread ....... very odd, yu could say I should have asked; but my point is I should not have needed too Chairs at the tables are quite low so if you are over six foot tall you may find this annoying. so given all that would I go again ......... yes
