"The space has a great vibe and history. The staff Is knowledgeable, kind and helpful, Although I think they may be understaffed . This led to them being prone to forgetting Some of my requests. Did a 3 night stay and checked out on a Monday. When I first got there I signed up for premium internet, and I’m out all day .when I get back on the second night my internet had been throttled and Gave me a message saying I couldn’t connect anymore devices. Got it fixed but the internet was even slower than when it was throttled. Also on the second day I tried to use the services they offered ( dry cleaning, room refresh) while I was out, but was told they were unavailable. Which is ok , but they left me notices in the room saying they were. I also asked for new towels but never got them. In the morning , hours before checkout my access cards stopped working . Making it hard to take my things back and forth to the car ( I paid for fri- mon in advance mind you.) even with all that being said , I would still recommend. The beds are clean and sleep well, bathroom was anll good, and it was the perfect location for what I was doing. A few kinks in an otherwise great stay."
