The front desk workers are you nice and helpful, although the rooms maybe a little small you get what you paid for and also you are in SF your are going to be out 90% of the day. With 4 people it was perfect the beds were super comfortable also the kitchen and lounge are 10/10. Will stay again

The room is really small , it’s really just to sleep and use the restroom. I think it is over priced for how small it is. The area is great in San Francisco. Also sucks to pay for parking in another garage everyday. I did like how they had all the amenities like shampoo/ soap/ Ice. The staff is very friendly. It’s clean, and quiet.

The rooms are small of course but very tastefully decorated and smartly furnished. The common area is great. We grabbed a cappuccino from there every morning. The location is awesome, 10 minutes from Union Square and China town. I’ll definitely come back and stay again.

We stayed in room 204 - a bunk room. Pros: Beds were comfortable. A white noise machine was provided. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, & body soap. The common area and lobby were very cute. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The kitchen had filtered water and an ice machine. The hotel is central making it easy to get around. Cons: The room smelled slightly like urine. It sounded like there was a bowling alley above us. The bathroom sink was in the room.

This hotel is in an incredible location, close to BART and the F line, which makes getting around the city very easy! The front door is locked at all times and the front desk staff is very friendly. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated my time at this hotel!
