When we checked in the desk clerk was friendly and nice. The room was spacious and clean. The bed comfortable. The hotel offers parking which was a bonus. We walked up to the Fillmore, about 3/4 of a mile, so that was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was great. Breakfast each day was hearty, room was cleaned each day of our stay, the staff was pleasant. There was plenty of parking outside and in an underground garage. If you can get past the homeless people outside (they didn't bother us) and the general filth of the tenderloin district then this hotel is great.

Night Staff was friendly! Room was immaculate. Breakfast service was disappointing. The tables were full of people with empty plates and we were turned away and told we had to make to-go plates. Recommend the staff ask people to leave the dining area once they’re done eating.

This hotel is a hidden gem. To look at the surrounding area you wouldn't expect much, but it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Shops and restaurants nearby (though I probably wouldn't walk around at night). Parking on the premises. I'll definitely book again!
