"We loved the resort, the staff, the wildlife, the food and buffets/coffee shops, the pools, the bars and shows!!!! All were fantastic and we would go back and recommend to others!!"

"The room was not good. I upgraded to a priority swim out and the lock on the conjoined room was broken the screen on the sliding door was ripped the safe was broken. And the worst part was no bar service for the swim out and the closest bar was at the other end of the property so having the swim out room was not worth it if you're planning on drinking. The food was not that good and the only thing the minny bar had was soda and water. I would not go back and wouldn't recommend. For this being a Hyatt property for me it was disappointing as I have always had better from their property's and paying to be a priority member I was disappointed as I just did not get that. "

"The location of the hotel is fantastic. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Our room could have used some basic maintenance- there were small holes in the wall and mold. Each time our room was tended to something was left behind (I.e., cleaning supplies in shower, dust rag on our dresser, bedding on chair). Would we stay agai"
