"The historic feel of the property was wonderful - as were the signs between the ground floor and the floor our room was on! The room was clean, and a little smaller than expected, but my family (2 adults, 2 children) were able to make it work. "We enjoyed our stay. Room was very big, quiet, nicely furnished and bed was comfortable. Bathroom needed some tlc but was clean. Service in the cafe was lovely. I would choose breakfast from menu in cafe over buffet. Reception felt a little understaffed but they were very helpful. I would stay again though. Location suited us really well (close to central station, buses, Hyde park, city centre). Not prettiest end of town but super convenient."

"Lovely Hotel. Nice comfy bed. Excellent buffet breakfast. Swimming pool needs to be a couple of degrees warmer and the Spa a couple of degrees cooler. Our upgrade room was opposite a work site, jackhammer noise a bit annoying at times. Fax Bar prices for meals was a bit pricey for what you got. Otherwise close to transport and Circular Quay."
