"The location of the house is GREAT! It's right on the beach with a very short (maybe 50 yards) walk from the house to the water at high tide. It's about 7 houses away, which is a short walk down the beach, to Caddy's bar/restaurant on the beach. The layout of the house is nice with a decent sized family room and dining room on the side of the house closest to the beach with windows all along that side looking out to the water. The kitchen is decent sized and fairly well stocked with anything you'll need to cooks meals. There is also a Keurig coffee maker with a pot option and single serve pod machine. Master bedroom down with ok mattress and smallish bathroom. One of the two upstairs bedrooms has a balcony looking out to the beach which is nice. The upstairs bathroom is also small. The deck off of the main level is also very nice but you can't go from the deck to the beach. You have to go through the house to get to the stairs to go down to the beach. The whole house could use a paint job and we did see a few insects including a LARGE palmetto bug and several ants on one of the sofas. There were also a few lizards in the house. The place is not 5 star by any means but the location makes its shortcomings bearable."

The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of tv’s in each of the separated areas. Parking was good and The host was extremely quick to respond to any of our questions."

"Beautiful property and our condo spacious and bathrooms were upgraded. I would prefer a newer mattress in the master bedroom. The refrigerator needed a good cleaning on the inside. "We had a wonderful stay at this Treasure Island home! It was spacious enough for our entire family to be comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax together or enjoy some quiet time. The swim spa was a fantastic addition. After long days at the beach, both the kids and the adults loved jumping in to cool off and unwind. We also enjoy cooking as a family, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. One of the highlights of our stay was celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday. The owner recommended a private chef, who came to the house and prepared a beautiful birthday dinner for us on our last evening. It made the celebration truly memorable. Another thoughtful touch was the children's measuring wall. We had so much fun marking the kids' heights, and we can't wait to come back and see how much they've grown by our next visit. A little perspective from us—we're actually locals here in Pinellas County, and every year we rent a beachfront home for a "staycation" that can accommodate our entire family. This home was one of our favorites. It gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience, allowing those who needed to work for part of the week to come and go while still feeling like they enjoyed a true beach vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to create lasting memories."
