"First of all, I have over 50 pictures and four videos to prove that this place is one of the biggest frauds I’ve ever seen on a reservation site. Do not be misled by their fake pictures. I drove up and saw the building was much older than it appears in the beautiful pictures online. I went to my room, which was room and the door has a lock that does not work. You walk inside it smelled funny. As I begin to look around, I noticed all of the appliances were dirty and old. I opened the cabinets. The spatula is stained. The pots are scratched and have fingerprints on them. The lid literally has fingerprints on it to the one pot that they had the dishes are cheap and not clean. The silverware was spotted. The toaster was disgusting. There’s not a thing in the kitchen I would’ve used. as you walk through the house and you go over to the sofa you see the chairs are so badly stained that you wonder how anybody could even stomach sitting on them. Every wall and every door has like long streaks of stuff running down them where they’ve not been wiped clean obviously in forever, even the table outside has brown stains on it. It was so disgusting I DoorDashed sheets. I tried contacting to get a refund and could get zero help, it was too late at night to move rooms. I didn’t feel safe even leaving. I left first thing the next morning without even using the shower. It’s that disgusting. I will attach pictures. I did give the property a chance to make it right and they refused."

"The room was really cute and was perfect for our stay. The air was nice and cool. Unfortunately, it wasn't as clean as we would prefer. A container of food was still in the fridge upon arrival and there were all kinds of stuff under the couch when we folded out the sofa bed. As a former housekeeper, I felt attention to detail was lost a lit bit. This property was in a great location and access to the beach. There were plenty of options close by for a quick bite or shopping as well. The pool area was also very nice. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Two bedroom condo was very clean, stocked with beach towels, toiletries, etc. All areas of the premises were very clean, well kept. The on-site staff was always available to answer any questions and very friendly. "

"The room definitely needs cleaned better. The doors were so covered with dust we had to buy swiffer dusters. The light in the kitchen was also full of dust. The bedrooms had carpet even though the pics showed laminate and they were stained. "

"Basic budget motel. The rooms were clean, decent size, but definitely worn. The location is beautiful, right on the beach. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. I do want to say the first staff member we encountered in the morning, Doug, who said he was temporary help was great. He was super friendly and helpful. The second young lady we encountered as we checked in at 4:00 was NOT friendly at all, not welcoming and didn't even respond when we said thank you. She needs some training in customer service. She does not belong on the desk. "
