"If you need a clean and beautiful place to stay in St. Petersburg, look no further! My stay at Mint was absolutely perfect. Communication from the host was consistent and fast. Virtual check-in was super easy, and the location is right in the middle of some of the best restaurants in the downtown area. I spent my second day at the beach, which was only 16 minutes away. This place felt like a second home and had everything needed from in house laundry to utensils. Comfortable bed and super clean. I would stay here again and again anytime that I’m in Saint Petersburg. The only thing that I would say would make my stay better would have been on-site parking for less than the daily rate. You can park offsite, but you may have to move your car early in the morning, or late at night in order to avoid parking restrictions. It was a small inconvenience, but on-site parking for no additional cost would have been a little bit more enjoyable. Their front desk staff was so kind and helped me with anything that I needed. "

"No furniture In the Lobby, no place to sit waiting for a pick up . Sink and bathtub stopped up not fixed before we left. Noisy people roaming around and noisy on the second floor--seemed to settle by 12 AM tapping on the window to our room. a few insects in the room, expected because it is FL. Not a hotel for Tourists--seems more geared to help homeless, which is great, but to be homeless hotel and visitor hotel does not work! We stayed 2 nights and left for the next 4. Would like to speak to a person regarding this situation."

"If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. Our stay this past weekend in St. Petersburg was nothing short of a complete disaster from start to finish, and I feel genuinely misled by what was advertised versus what we experienced. Let’s start with the most blatant issue: false advertising. The listing prominently features what appears to be a full-service bar in the lobby—one of the details that helped us choose this hotel. In reality? Just an empty bar top sitting awkwardly in the middle of the lobby with zero staff or service. It honestly felt like the photos were fabricated or AI-generated to lure guests in. Parking was another headache. We were told we could pay $10 for on-site parking, only to be told that if we moved our car, our spot was no longer guaranteed. So essentially, you’re paying for the possibility of parking, not an actual space. The pool - another major deciding factor for us - was closed. No notice at booking, no warning ahead of time. Just closed. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the elevator was broken during our entire stay. We were placed on the third floor and told assistance would be available for luggage if needed. That was a joke. There was never any staff around when we actually needed help, leaving us to haul everything ourselves. Cleanliness? Questionable at best. One of the blankets in our room had stains that looked like chocolate… or something far worse. Absolutely disgusting and completely inexcusable. Housekeep"

"The hotel was nice and clean. However housekeeping was not great. Out of the e four nights we stayed I had to go down to the front desk and get toilet paper 3 out of the 4 days. It seemed like housekeeping did not pay attention. Also the one day we were left with no bath mat to step on after showering. The beds were made nice and other parts of towel changeout were good"
