"Room wasn't ready at 4. We had a hard day and we both are handicapped. They asked to switch us to another room that was ready and comparable. I asked if still ocean view and they said yes. Got to room, NO OCEAN VIEW!! Only view was of courtyard. We were too tired to ask to be moved again. We were very upset as this was a special trip and had not seen each other in 40 yrs!"

"The room was 1.5 hrs late for check-in but they credited us $50 at the restaurant to which we didn’t get a chance to use. There were no wash cloths or hand towels in the room, only regular shower towels."

"Older facility, but very clean. Perfect for kids and families. Lots to do in walking distance. Great food, close beaches, shopping. I would definitely stay here again. "
