"We really enjoyed our week stay here.Pictures online don’t do this place justice.It’s a lot nicer then the pics show.We thought it was more apt/condo feel but no it’s a little cute costal resort feel with a really nice lobby area.Free coffee and water avail 24/7.Free keurig coffee pods everyday in your room.The grounds are clean with pool and hot tub.A sidewalk for you to stroll around the property and check out the marina on the other side of building.We really enjoyed the room facing the ocean as that’s where we got to see some amazing sunsets and after a day in the sun when you get a chill in the evening, the balcony was really warm to sit out until way after dark.We we’re pleasantly surprised to find Suoer Scoops ice cream right next door and beside that a Dunkin Donuts where we enjoyed alot of mornings sitting out on their patio.We brought our coffee’s from the resort and would only need to buy breakfast sandwiches.We we’re really able to keep the cost down alot of mornings.Waffle house was on the other side of the resort.When it was open it was packed.Food must of been good but it was so freezing cold in there, we literally couldn’t eat in there.The trolley bus stop is right out from.You can take it to Pier 60 in Clearwater.The bird sanctuary is a must, its free in Indian Shores.Take the free ride bus to the town of passé a grill.Little flea markets down there on wkends.We would definitely stay at this resort again.Lina and girls at the desk go above and beyond 😀"

"Very friendly manager! You get an email with check in door code since there is no office. I hadn’t received that yet but the manager was very accommodating! It’s conveniently located right across the road from a beautiful beach, with a few good restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and stocked room with kitchenette and comfortable sleeping. Would stay here again! "

"The location of this rental was nothing short of perfect. You can walk the alley to John Pass, or walk directly to the cross walk nearby to get to the beach access. We love fishing and was a short walk from a public lookout near the brackish water. We had our own carport to park under and there were so many amenities that Ms. Susan allowed us to use. From beach chairs, to floats, we had it all! The fenced in backyard made us feel comfortable letting our dogs out since we were so close to the main road, and there were so many beautiful plants! Ms. Susan was super accommodating and was able to give us a boat of knowledge when adventuring the area. She was just a text away and we really appreciate her friendly demeaner and hospitality."

"Ok, so yes this property is a little dated...but who comes here to stay in their room all day anyhow?? The location and views from the room are amazing! The best part of this place is the amazing staff here! They are beyond accommodating and are more than willing to help with anything you could possibly need. We got locked out of our room after hours on a saturday and they came to our rescue!"
