"Yes, you read that right. This is the perfect property - at least it was for us and our vacation. The location was great - on the waterway meant plenty of bird and wildlife viewing, a block away from the grocery store was convenient, and a block and a half walk from the beach made it easy to go there for sunsets every evening. It was also close/a short drive to many of the activities we wanted to do. The Treasure Island beach is not as built up with high-rise condos/hotels as the nearby areas...

"Beautiful condo on the water in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk from the beach and all the fun and food you can stand, pool, spa and a dock are icing on the cake. Highly recommended. The only slight blemish is the main bedroom, both my wife and i are tall and slim, the full bed is too small for us. A king bed would fit easily into the room."

"Everything was fabulous! Very clean. Very friendly and helpful! Close to other amenities and restaurants. Walking or driving! Nice walking path located off of back of condo with an easy access to the beach. Highly recommend."

"The location of this condo can’t be beat. It is the end unit facing the ocean only steps from the beach. The apartment itself is very comfortable and comes with all kinds of beach equipment to help you enjoy your stay. It is walking distance to two restaurants and the supermarket is only a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We had an amazing girls trip at Sunset Vistas. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We spent our days on the beach and the hosts kindly provided everything we needed; beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. The condo is near many great restaurants & of course John’s Pass. We would love to visit again!"

"We loved our stay here! It was clean, beautiful, and quiet. My husband and I and our 4 children (ages 2-11) fit comfortably. I was worried about the noise reviews but it was quiet despite them being completely booked. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Staff was friendly, grounds were clean. There was an option to get our placed cleaned once during our 3 night stay but couldn't fit into their scheduled, so it didn't happen but that was okay. Easy walk to the beach, lots of pool and sand...

"We recently stayed in Unit 405 as part of our 39th Anniversary celebration. The unit was ideal for our stay, and is accurately depicted in the photographs published in the information about the unit. It is clean and comfortable, and the views from the living room, primary bedroom, and sizable balcony are stellar. Sadly for us, clouds gathered every evening to mar the sunsets, but it was still enjoyable to watch the play of colors in the clouds from the retreating sun. The Treasure Island...

"This was a last minute staycation and they were more than accommodating even allowing for a late checkout so we can enjoy the beach the next day. Brigit was out check in agent and she was sooo nice and informative. There was also a male and female room attendant and we didnt get their names but so welcoming and had a smile. Everything was so nice and clean towels actually smell good and we're folded so nicely throughout the unit. We will definitely be booking again."

"It's a good place to stay. It's pretty small, about the size of a hotel room but it was big enough for the two of us. Had a couple of minor problems like there was a hole in one of the walls, and there was no coffee available like the listing said there would be. Also we had to ask for the beach towels that were supposed to be in the room. The view, the close beach, and the room's quietness made this a great stay, just not quite a 5 star perfect."

"Great place to stay. Our 1st room had a funky smell so we asked for another room. Front staff was very accomodating. Was able to get fresh coffee from the registration area as the coffee maker wasn't really a coffee pot. Loved having a full size kitchen, 2 bathrooms and deck. Would stay again. "
