This was such a cute little "apartment". Very clean, friendly and helpful staff and a great location. You're a short walk from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend for all ages.

The property is a block from the beach and it comes with parking and two pools! Our room also had a full fridge as well as a stove and oven. Loved the place. Walkable to ice cream, restaurants, bars, beach…..amazing!

The staff was barely ever in the office and if you rang the bell it didn't help. I was lucky that when I checked in their was someone there. The person was nice and polite. I had a king size bed by pool side. The bed is comfortable, but the bathroom was very small. Im about 225 lbs and I was very uncomfortable. The location is great.

This is a funky little hotel. Location is great, rooms are cute and very clean. One thing to note—the bathroom in the studio suite is the smallest full bathroom I have ever seen! Not enough room for a full sized human to sit, half sized sink.

We stayed one night and enjoyed our visit. The beach is right across the street and they provide chairs and such so you didn’t have to buy or bring. They even offer bikes. There is tons of food within walking distance with lots of variety to fill your pallet as well as dessert. The hotel itself is a little older but everything was well clean and being cared for so I can appreciate the cleanliness!! We checked in late so it is self sufficient but we were able to get everything we needed very easily. There is a supply cabinet for anything you would need off hours. Choice of 2 pools, lots of gaming activities and lots of seating/table areas all throughout which were all enjoyable too

Love the location and amenities! it’s a perfect location for relaxation and access to the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. The only downside was checking in. We arrived around four and tried calling the number and had no response. Stood around for about 10 minutes. Finally able to locate a person with assistance from the staff cleaning a room. They have a new system for keyless entry. I will be aware for my next visit.

The property was very close to Upham Beach Park and close to restaurants and shops. The check-in was confusing. There was no staff in the office when I arrived and I had to phone the resort and speak with someone who may or may not have been at the resort. A text was sent with directions on how to check-in to the property. The keys for the units are on a wall near the office and a code was sent to open the locked-box (like a realtor would use) to enter the room. I requested two parking passes and only one was in the room. I texted the resort and was told they would contact a team member for another pass and it would cost me $25. Eventually, a pass was delivered. The unit itself was nice--a one bedroom unit with a king bed. It seemed a little dated with a recent refresh and was clean. The safe in the room had no batteries so I could not use it, the toilet would run occasionally and upon check-out, I spoke with a person that was working about it. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available, however, the chairs were really rusted. Since I live in Florida and my friends were visiting, I had chairs in my car for us to use. There a two pools on the property, which were nice. There was cornhole, but we only saw one board.

Had an awesome stay at this almost beachside hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily return to.

Our stay here was wonderful. The hotel is just a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and that was our main goal - to spend time on the beach. Our room was very clean when we arrived and the beds were comfortable. I noticed some ants around the door to our room on the outside but I never saw any on the inside so that didn't bother me at all. Thank you for supplying all the soap, shampoo, etc. that we could have needed! It's nice to not always have to carry that stuff from home. We did not have time to use the pools at all but they looked perfectly lovely. Maybe next time we can stay longer or be less busy during the day while in town!
