"This was a very nice place. What we loved about this place: we didn't have to pay for daily parking, we didn't have to pay daily resort fee, we didn't have to pay daily amenities fees. We didn't get an outrageous bill when our stay was over. We love that it is in walking distance to John's Pass. Will I book this place again, you bet! Plus, the beach view is outstanding. "The room was not very clean all the towels and blankets were stained and the towel rack in the restroom was broken and just put back on , the shower had stains like it was not cleaned right and the restroom was not cleaned as well just looked like they did a 2 min swipe over everything and moved on. Would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be coming back . I didn’t receive my deposit back because the floors were not mopped up but besides that everything was swept and picked up . Left the dirty towels in a corner. Kind of did the beds which I technically don’t have to but chose to because I wanted to be nice but definitely never again. No wonder it’s cheap next time I will pay more money for a better hotel ."

"I 1000% loved this place! First time here, and won’t be the last! The King-sized bed was so comfortable and the studio room was so convenient with a fully stocked kitchenette and full-size fridge! It truly felt like home, and I wish I could just sign a lease and move-in! The private deck overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico was my favorite spot, other than being on the beach 😁"

"Clean room. Check in process was a little tricky with communication sent in multiple methods. Close to shopping, food and the beach. Great location for a weekend trip!"
