The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Great amenities, close to great restaurants and beautiful stretch of the beach. Lovely service, staff weee friendly and very helpful. Rachel at the hotel restaurant was amazing. We had a beautiful weekend. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed for two nights and loved our room, the walk-in shower was very nice. The accent rugs in the rooms had a few light stains but nothing that made me want to switch my room. I do think these should be checked by cleaning staff and make sure to have them cleaned if they are stained. With that said the front desk staff and valet were very nice. As for the restaurant we only stopped in one night for coffee and a snack, we sat at the bar and I would rate that a 6, The coffee was awful, watered down almost but thankfully the key lime cake was really tasty. I would stay again and go to the beach next time and use the valet cart service that is offered for that.

Overall great stay! Very clean, very peaceful, very small and reserved. Don’t rely on staff, you’re gonna have to do everything yourself for the most part here. Staff overall was great. But they’re not very approachable and a tentative. This place is more on your own if you will. Get your own drinks, get your own rides for the beach (certain times) etc

Rooms were stunning, very spacious and nice decor. Food at hotel was delicious Good amenities Thank you to the waitress from Nebraska that pointed out the dolphins to us so we were able to kayak next to them which are free to use from the hotel. And free golf buggy to beach with use of chairs and umbrellas Would definitely stay here again Coffee in room was nice, robes nice, beds comfortable

absolutely AMAZING stay. Staff was friendly and always there if needed. Pool, main lobby, restaurant, and bar were amazing and clean. The show stopper was the rooftop bar and lounge. Fantastic scenery over the beach, Don Cesar in view and a luxury place for an affordable price. We will 100% be coming back to this location in the future.

Everything was great. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were kind and helpful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and each time was great. I enjoyed the 3 bars that the hotel offers and the non-alcoholic options offered as well.

My day was exceptionally satisfying. The amenities were amazing. You get a free ride back-and-forth to the beach with the go kart and they give you chairs and towels and umbrella and they have a restaurant and bar inside that’s connected. They have a rooftop and a pool and everything was A-OK in my book.

10/10 a great hotel. Will be staying here again. We booked this as a last minute celebration as we just got engaged, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. The staff is amazing, especially the Valet! Location is perfect! Pool is on the marina, with beautiful views. Don’t quote me but I believe Kayaking and bike rentals are included with your resort fee. I Kayaked at 9 am and it was amazing, so peaceful and meditative! They shuttle you to the public beach accesses (one is right next to Don Cesar Hotel); they also offer free charging for your electric car.

The property was clean and the room was very nice. There was a restaurant in the hotel. The only parking is valet only, which we were great with. The roof has a bar and amazing sunset views of the beach on one side and the bay on the other. The only problem we had was that our check-in was delayed because our room wasn't ready and we had to wait in the lobby over an hour. The staff at the front desk didn't seem to care. The valet staff were phenomenal. They were so friendly and quick.

Clean and friendly property. Room was exceptionally large and equipped with two couches to spread out in. Cleaned every day. Staff was very friendly and in-house breakfast was very reasonable. They park and retrieve your vehicle without an additional charge. Nice. My only concern is that while they are directly across the street from the beach, you have to go about a half mile in either direction for a pass through or public beach. They offer a free shuttle, but if your vision is to walk out of the back door of your hotel onto the beach, this is not it, although their pool and deck is attached and has an attractive view of the bay. If direct beach access is a requirement, go elsewhere. But if beautiful rooms, nice staff and very accessible pool/deck is your thing at a fair price, jump on it.
