Rooms were very clean and had a mini kitchenette. Was able to see the ocean from my balcony. Beach access was directly across the street. I appreciated that not only were the pet friendly they also had a section of the court yard for pets to go and even provided bags for clean up. I would definitely stay again.

Property was very clean, the cleaning staff gets 10/10. When we checked in, room was very clean, fridge, microwave, floor & bathroom all clean. The pool/pool area were also very clean. Front desk helpful. Great location. Overall a great budget friendly place to stay. Will be returning again!

We had such a great experience staying here! The location was perfect and there was a great, easy walk to the beach, and there were plenty of shops and places to explore in the surrounding area. Including John’s Pass Boardwalk which was about a 5 min drive and was so beautiful. The room was really nice and comfortable, and we had a great view from the balcony. The pool was also very nice and well kept, and even the pool bathroom was clean, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you could tell they actually cared about keeping the property clean. We even saw staff cleaning and preparing rooms even when guests hadn’t stayed in them the night before, which really stood out to us and made us feel like they take cleanliness seriously. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, nice rooms, beautiful balcony views, clean pool area, and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is in a great location and well appointed. HOWEVER we FROZE and there was no way to really control the AC. And if we tried to turn it down we ended up with so much condensation we had to mop the floor. DEHUMIDIFIERS would be a boon.
