"This property is small and quiet. I felt very safe with 2 children and allowing them some freedom and not worrying about losing them. The hotel is very Old and has major cosmetic issues in the rooms. With that being said do not expect everything to be perfect but it is Clean and No bugs in room. The King bed is very comfortable but the pull out couch is old and very used. The garden is nice, plenty of chairs & tables and loungers in pool area. Grills are Perfect for all meals. Its on the Beach and people leave their chais & umbrella s for others to use. You will find all kinds of pool items around the pool and no one cleans them up so they are everywhere (just messy looking). The maintenance & housekeeper work really hard and do the Best they can with what they have to work with. Owners should take more Pride in this property because it could be really one of the Best "small" resorts on St Petes Beach. "
