"After decades of staying in Newcastle we have tried numerous hotels and we find ourselves always coming back here. The staff are always really nice and genuine, the rooms spotlessly clean, public areas comfortable, food/restaurant really good. Located on the quayside with access to cheap, secure parking is a bonus. I believe most if not all of the rooms have been refurbished and are really smart.
