"Always nice to stay here. Our go to B&B. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous facilities.
Pity the breakfast option wasn't available (due to unforeseen circumstances) but there are plenty cafes, restaurants etc on the doorstop that do the job just as well. "
"This is one of my favourite hotels. It’s absolutely beautiful and all the rooms are done to a 5* standard. The breakfasts are amazing as well. Thank you Michael for another lovely stay. "
"Good location, parking was available although we had to pay for it. The double beds were on the small size, bedroom furniture looked quite old, and the mattresses were a bit soft for us. Easy self check in process and quiet rooms."

10/10 Excellent
"Hotel Staff were Very Nice. Parking/ Car Park is accessible. The bedroom was nice but maybe on the smaller side. The bed had a few back marks on the sheets.
One downside to being next to the sea is that you can hear the seagulls all night but this isn’t the hotels fault. No coffee or Tea in the room.
Good Stay!"
"Friendly and efficient staff. Views of the mouth of the Tyne are amazing. Easy parking
Despite the fact there was a wedding going on during our stay our room remained very quiet throughout our stay.(We suspect our room had been chosen by the staff well away from the celebrations)
Restaurant staff managed service very well coping with a large bus tour and individuals"
"This basic townhome did have a garden and living room but I can't say the bed or couches were really comfortable. We did enjoy that the sea was a short walk away, and also walked to the local lighthouse 30 minutes or so. If I were hosting this place I'd sell the TV's in every bedroom for at least one comfortable bed and maybe a better outfitted kitchen as well. We had to buy salt for the kitchen and if you're trying to impress, or welcome guests (like Americans), just skip the instant coffee. A really nice warm, cuddly blanket for the living room (in a color other than grey) would be a nice touch. "
