"Sadly, a lot of this hotel is getting rundown and not being updated/maintained. We do love the layout of the rooms for our family but it would be nice to see some repairs on the worn out damaged items. "

"Excellent staff, clean and gorgeous rooms, and cafe in the lobby was awesome. Hot pools were very hot (maybe a bit too hot) but absolutely beautiful and worth spending time there"

"Hot tub was nice. Quite busy but nice. Did not have breakfast. Seemed loud. Our room could hear a lot of the walking traffic late at night and the early morning. "

"All the rooms allow pets - not great if your children are allergic. No mention of it anyhwere before you physically check in. The receptionist was not nice let alone professional for someone working at the front desk. The indoor pool is basically a glass box inside the parking lot and the water was very murky. The breakfast is frozen packaged food microwaved. We tried to stay positive but every next step you discover something new that's far below your lowest expectations. The only positive was the small quite gym with decent equipment."
