"The hotel is dated, but very clean. I was told prior to booking that the elevators don't work, it was also posted on expedia that elevators aren't available. The staff asked me several times if they could carry our bags to the 2nd floor to make it easier for guests. I wish i could remember the staff names, because they are honestly the nicest people. They are so accommodating and friendly. "

"I love the fact that it is so centrally located. You can almost walk to any dining, entertainment and museum location. If not, UBER is an excellent option with a low price. On Fridays and Saturdays in the lower level club of the hotel, they have Latin nights, great for those who like to salsa, bachata, etc.. Or, one block away Goodnight John Boy will rock to the 70's music Thursday through Sunday. Highly recommended stay!! "

"Alligators and nature around is amazing "

"Very clean, safe location, close to restaurants, and shopping. Only real issue with the property that we experienced was that our hot water heater wasn’t heating up. The maintenance guys came quickly, and fixed the issue. They were very professional, personable, and polite. Also, no on-site parking, which was a little inconvenient. Most of the parking around the hotel is only 2 hour parking between 8 am -6 pm. There are parking lots within a 10-15 minute walk. After 6 pm you can park overnight on the streets surrounding the hotel though. Construction of a new building right next door was a little noisy. However, the construction workers were respectful toward us. Overall we were very pleased with the facility, and our stay. "
