Great little house on the edge of the state park. It’s quiet and relaxing, but also less than a mile from any convenience you need. We would stay again.
We were in town for 2 days before a cruise. Nice place, comfy. Good restaurants nearby. Not far from Clearwater.

Great Location
The overall stay was nice and accommodates a lot of guest as each couch can turn into a pull out bed. However there is a problem with the shower in the master bedroom as it does not drain properly and overflows. But if I were in the area I would stay here again.
Everything went as planned. Location was awesome. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do but not bothered by the busy city noises and traffic. The park down the road was amazing. Kayaked and enjoyed the serenity of all the beautiful nature. We will definitely be back. Only negative is the coffee creamer needs to be replaced before every visitor. Needed to run up to the gas station two minutes away. No big deal but want to
We had a wonderful time. Beds are great. Bathrooms are efficient but the hallway bathroom has an odor. Cooking was somewhat difficult due to limited supplies but we purchased what we needed. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would return.
This is a very spacious and clean home with everything we needed. The only thing we would recommend is to put a yellow strip to warn of the step up at the front entry. Several of us tripped and my 88 year old aunt actually fell and had deep scrapes on both legs. Other than that the place is immaculate and had everything we needed. Would recommend!
Quiet neighborhood and 20 mins to Raymond James & Steinbrenner Field. Bathrooms are a bit cramped but they do the trick. The third bedroom has a king, pullout couch queen and a single person air mattress. Think the description says something different. The neighbors have a rooster that started up at 5:18 AM and also some dogs that started barking around 7. Nothing mentioned would deter me from staying here again.
Great property, but pictures didn’t really portray the backyard correctly. Grass was not cut at all and we all got itchy. There are also two other properties listed 5 feet away so there is almost no space in between. Keep that in mind.

Kitchen was poorly equipped. We had to buy a drying rack for dishes, salad bowl and other basics.
Too much overhead lighting with no dimmers and no lamps.
Could not find the trash cans.

Deceiving
This home is renovated cheaply, with an attached efficiency apartment connected to the home, and another one in the backyard of home. So you are sharing the home backyard and porch with strangers. Super close with no privacy. Also no shower doors so floor gets soaking wet when showering. And rooms were small. Great place to stay just to lay your head somewhere. Not for anything else.
