I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s so cute and cozy inside. I love their coffee bar. Perfect for a morning coffee and a nighttime espresso martini. The room was clean and very nice.

Very nice & clean property a couple blocks from all the action in downtown St Pete. We went for a baseball game and Tropicana Field was a little over 20 min walk away.

My wife and stayed overnight while visiting St. Pete. This hotel had a nice historic charm, walking distant to many restaurants, stores, and bars in St. Pete. Although, we didn't need much help from the staff, they were pleasant and friendly. On our next visit to St. Pete, we plan to stay again. Thank you!

We had a nice weekend today here. The room was bigger than I thought. They had blackout shades in the windows, but they were not big enough to block light on either side. The bathroom and room was very clean. However, the tub needed to be refinished and there was water dripping, and it was very slippery as it was a clawfoot tub shower. There were a few ants in the room. Our room was very quiet. We were on the second floor. However, if you are on the first floor and staying near the lobby, which has a coffee/wine bar, it can be a bit noisy. Great location walkable to downtown Saint Pete and the pier. They did provide parking in a nearby parking garage.

This hotel has a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is about 5 to 7 minutes away from the hotel and not exactly ideal. We stayed at the older building which is beautiful and quiet but it needs TLC.

This hotel makes you feel like family. We had the best stay. They vintage vibes, coffee bar, and all the little luxury feel for an affordable price. The roof top bar has beautiful views. Also, the owner Alex is hands on and makes you feel special. He goes out of his way to make sure that you enjoy your stay. The location is perfect to walk to other great places and enjoy St Pete. We will be back!

Was fortunate to stay in their newly opened wing. Super clean, great amenities, friendly staff. Parking is nearby and validated by hotel (sundial parking garage). Ver walkable to local restaurants and Jannus Landing. Will stay again to visit Dali museum and the Pier. Nice coffee shop in lobby and they are working on a rooftop bar.

Very quaint and characterful. Loved the lobby coffee/bar and outdoor courtyard. The location is great, we didn't have to get in our car once except to take a boat tour out of Gulfport. We stayed in the old part of the hotel, which I enjoyed for its historic character. Could have done with an AC wall unit over the window unit and better mattress/sheets. We used the gym on the rooftop and appreciated the view and brand new equipment. I'd stay here again but opt for a room with upgraded amenities next time.

It was in the perfect location. Staff was incredible. The best coffee right there by the barista in the main lobby absolutely a cute boutique more like a bed-and-breakfast rooms are definitely small, but they try to accommodate with what they have. I would definitely stay again.

Cordova was a good location for us. It was within walking distance of the Festival we attended. The original building is someone tired and needs a good cleaning. They are building a new addition which looks very nice.
