"Nice and clean hotel with tiny rooms."

"Wonderfully situated for both Theatre and Tube access, a few minutes from Covent Garden and plenty of places to eat, although the hotel also has its own restaurant and bars.9999 The room was clean , but smaller than expected for a Superior Twin. The bathroom was adequate with large shower, but adjusting shower height was a little bit of a problem for a shorter person. Customer service was excellent and they dealt quickly with a problem with the bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate adequate, it offered a large range of both Continental and English choices, I ate from both. The staff were very professional and there were plenty around if you needed anything. The only negative was the lift service, it was very slow and on more than one occasion there were more than one lift out of operation. Not a problem depending which floor you occupied. I have stayed here previously and would definitely repeat my stay. "

"There is no elevator in this building and so you have to climb steep stairs to get to your room. Size of rooms are the size of a shoe box. Location is very handy for Paddington station - which is 3-5 minutes away on foot. This place is only appropriate if you’re travelling alone and with little or no luggage. Staff were not very attentive. I don’t know if this applies to all staff but certainly the two ladies I met at reception were more interested in their own conversation than assisting when I arrived. "

"Everything was great at Stylotel. Riswan was always so helpful, cheerful and willing to try and make things easier for me. I loved my little single room. I was offered a larger room but I turned it down as the single was in the back of the building and the double was in the front. I wanted the room that was the quietest. The only things I would say could be improved is give a washcloth with the towels. Also check the showers. There was a bandaid stuck to the top of of my shower stall. I don't know why it was there. But the cleaning crew should get inside the shower stall and look outward to make sure nothing is manky inside. The breakfast was excellent as well and the ladies that worked in the canteen were so incredibly kind. I loved the little cave area to eat. I will def come back!! Thank you! "

"Breakfast was the same food for 5 days pretty boring and found eggs shells twice. Also we asked for the room to be cleaned and it was done only 1 out of 2 . And all I saw was the trash thrown out. The beds were not fixed properly. If they did they would have found the tip we left. Rooms were not even clean when we came."
