"Lovely hotel. Staff excellent. There were just a couple of unexpected things that were quickly remedied by staff. The shower took a couple of minutes before water was warm enough to take a shower. The room was cold and thermostat was at max, but staff provided space heater which made room comfortable. Would recommend this hotel."

"The breakfast has a great variety of food with plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond. Only glitch was at check-in, when we initially got a suite without a sofa bed and thus no place for our daughter to sleep. However, the front desk quickly corrected that and arranged a room transfer a few hours later. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and a happy Christmas in London thanks to the Hilton Paddington crew."
