"Excellent hotel, room was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. Fantastic location with literally walking distance to the shopping malls, shops and restaurants, and conveniently connected to subway downstairs. Hotel staff were amazing - friendly, polite and professional and actively engaged in providing top level services. Only downside was the road noise during the night because the hotel was right next to the main road. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again next time."
"We stayed her overnight after arriving to Osaka from a long flight. The hotel was very close to the train station and Dontobori, easily walkable to both. Great dining, shopping, and entertainment close by. The room was simple, quiet, clean and comfortable and just what we needed to get a good nights rest. The toiletries in the lobby are great and make your skin feel refreshed and moisturized. Breakfast had plenty of diverse options and was worth it for the one night that we stayed. "
