Great clean hotel and friendly staff. Walkable to Dotonbori area. Super convenient however the room is so small for a family of four. We heard ambulance noise at night I guess there is hospital nearby. So far good stay. Also they don’t provide room service except take away the trash and free water bottles.

The room was not spotless. The carpet is old and needs to be changed. Otherwise service; location is excellent. I love the lounge, place to relax at the end of the day; the laundry amenities are great.
