Great place to stay if you’re visiting Osaka. It’s convenient to everything that matters- plus if you’re an American and used to larger hotel rooms- this place is larger than your average hotel room in Japan. Still not huge but it was adequate for myself, wife and daughter. Would stay again

Comfortable hotel in great location…close to shopping and dining options. Metro was close by as well. Hotel rooms are a little dark. We had two older adults in our group and they found it hard to see in the rooms because of the darker painted walls and limited lighting. I guess it’s meant to be more romantic and cozy. It was nevertheless a lovely stay. Beds were comfy and their complimentary pajamas were very comfortable and they refreshed them every day. The breakfast buffet was good. Front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. Overall, a very good stay.

The hotel is located in a convenient location. Our room was nice with an all in one washer/dryer. But the lighting in our room was pretty dim, with the window of our room facing an alley, there’s just not much light coming in. Overall, that just made our room too dark!

Excellent location. Close to the main shopping street and the famous running man sign. 15 walk to Namba station. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it was so dark. The rooms and hallways were dark and the lighting in the room was terrible for putting makeup on.

We booked the family room and were quite disappointed. The pictures on Expedia did not provide an accurate depiction of the room. It was dark and much smaller than expected. The lighting is HORRIBLE at this hotel - so dark and the ceilings are low. This family room could no way accommodate seven people. I would not stay here again. Location was good.

The rooms are tiny, but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very dark, poorly lit throughout, I guess it was part of the theme of the property. Breakfast was okay, but you sometimes had to wait for a seat.
