"This was my second trip to Japan, and my first time in Osaka. I was visiting for an art exhibition and needed a hotel that was close. The location was perfect, being near a lot of shops. My room was perfect, the air conditioning works very well in a natural hot climate in Japan, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean.
