The area of the room allocated by the hotel was totally out of the range as specified in your web site - only 18 sq ft versus the 20 sq ft as quoted in your description of the advertisement- with the one door toilet and only the area of the one bed (mattress along the sitting area was horrible and the whole mattress was not hard as I had requested) within the too little compact room for passing through around the bed - can’t let the other to walk through when sitting at the writing table. Due to the adverse situation, I did not ask for cleaning service within the three night’s stay from the room service nor did I ask the hotel service to transport my heavy luggages from the room to the 22/F as seemed that there was no in stay service at all.

The hotel looks beautiful. The staffs are very warm and accommodating. The rooms are clean and has comfy beds. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Good food in a very nice room. Staffs are really nice. The property is very close to Dotonbori and subway services, so its easy to go around...Stayed for 4 nights and we had a great time. Would comeback again!

Clean and comfortable. Perfect for those flying in and out of Kansai airport as the OCAT is right next door - just be mindful of the hours of operation. Namba station is just steps away. Dotonbori can be reached at street level or via the underground. The staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

We loved everything. It is close to the train stations, close to shopping and food. Can walk to Dotonbori. Has easy access to bus limousine next door to Kansai Airport. Very convenient if you bring big luggage. Room was spacious for 3 people.
