Easy check-in and check-out. The staff spoke some English, clean rooms, free drinks, breakfast was good! I would book this place again with my family. I love how there’s umbrellas you can use and return. They were life saver during the rainy season.

Hotel location is very good, close to dotonbori and metro station, it is sorrounded by many restaurants, rooms are ok but it lacks of a closet and a safe. The bathroom is small and the shower is good, water pressure is excellent but it is like a box at least in the room I was (214) there is no window so no sun light enters the room. There are no hooks to hang the towels. But at the end is functional. Other rooms may be different but if you get 214 you may want to change it.

Step away from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashisuji, very convenient to shop and eat. The staffs are very friendly too, we dropped off the luggages before check in time, they helped us to bring into our room after we came back later.

Hotel has been recently renovated and was in excellent condition. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was a good size and in excellent condition. Hotel is close to all major Attractions and an easy walk to the entertainment district- would definitely recommend if visiting Osaka.

I loved this place! It was centrally and perfectly located, they also offered welcome drinks and snacks, that you could enjoy everyday - it was great! The facial products and amenities were awesome. And the shower was top notch!! The hotel itself was super clean, well maintained - and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly! I would def stay again the next time I’m in Osaka! ❤️

The connecting rooms were an excellent idea, especially for a family trip, as they perfectly balanced privacy with quality time together. The 24-hour welcome drink service was also very helpful, allowing us to easily refill our personal tumblers with coffee or ice during the hot, sunny days. The staff provided incredibly kind service, and our family had a wonderful experience during our stay.
