Simply fantastic. Rooms were spacious and extremely well appointed and the spa was excellent after a long days sightseeing. Staff were courteous and professional. One of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in all my travels.

We had an amazing experience. The butler service was out of this world, catering to all of our needs. La Veduta restaurant was amazing, the decor food and service was fantastic. The location of the hotel is walking distance to shopping and the famous Dotonbori precinct. The concierge were fantastic in recommending great restaurants in the area. Overall we cannot fault it, just incredible! Thank you to the team at St Regis for looking after us. ❤️🥰

What an amazing hotel! The reception (on the 17th floor) was beautiful and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Our room was amazing! The largest room we’ve ever had whilst staying in Japan. The bed was huuuge and the room felt new and very clean. It was our anniversary and when we arrived at the hotel we were wished a happy anniversary and there was a surprise gift waiting in our room. A wonderful atmosphere in a very groove part of Kyoto.

We were a group of five adults and we absolutely enjoyed our stay at RESI STAY. Quick and easy check-in process, and spacious and cozy room. We stayed in Room A; it's clean, tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location's great too; very quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from the bus stops that will take you to Kyoto Station and the city centre. We particularly loved the fact that no key's needed to open/lock the doors (you only have to enter two sets of codes to get in);...

I have stayed here 3 times in the last 3 months. A genuinely great hotel with excellent service. A 5 minute walk from Osaka station with good access to shops and restaurants. Breakfast is cosy with both local and western options

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tocen Goshoboh yesterday and would highly recommend it! We arrived around 2:20 PM, which was over 30 minutes before the official check-in time, but the hotel kindly let us check in early. We booked the Japanese-Style Standard Room with No Shower Room, including breakfast for two, at a very reasonable price of AUD 500. Excellent hotel just a few minutes walk from the main train station. Our stay here was our holiday treat for our Japan tour and the bathroom alone was bigger than some of the hotel rooms we had previously stayed in. Comfortable room with Nespresso machine instead of the normal instant coffee. Staff very helpful and a wide range of dishes for breakfast. Just note that went entering the hotel you have take the lift to the lobby which is on the 20th floor.

Rooms were very spacious we stayed in the Junior suites at the Ritz and was very happy with our room, The staff were absolutely amazing they made our family trip even more special with the outstanding service they all provided, everyone was so polite and attentive nothing was ever an issue. Location was close to eateries and attractions were only 10min in a taxi that were readily available. I will definitely be staying here again Overall The Ritz Carlton is a 9.5 out of 10
