"This place exceeded my expectations. Our room was upgraded, and the villas were beautiful, clean, and spacious; the beds were very comfortable, and we had anything we could ever need as we upgraded to the Premium All-Inclusive Package. The grounds were well kept, and the service from all staff members was amazing. We ventured around the resort and found the other pool areas and the restaurants and swim-up bars. The pool area at El Encanto was our son's favorite! All the restaurants had great food options, even for kids, great service from all employees, and everyone was very helpful. The shuttle to the sister resort came in handy when you want to go to the other restaurants, walk downtown, go on excursions, or go shopping. I would totally stay here again; this place was very good to us, and they are constantly working on upgrades throughout the property. I plan to come back here with extended family next year for sure!"

"You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule."

Booking through Luxury Villa Collections made the entire experience seamless. Fernanda was incredibly helpful during the planning process, assisting with transportation, golf tee times, restaurant reservations, shopping recommendations, and making sure every detail was covered before we arrived. Once we were there, Ana was amazing—always responsive, checking in regularly, and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.The house itself was absolutely beautiful—set right on the beach with stunning views and everything we could have asked for. The pool was fantastic and ended up being a favorite spot for both us and the kids. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and set in a beautiful location, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The daily housekeeping and pool maintenance were also very much appreciated and handled professionally, which made the stay feel even more effortless and enjoyable. The drivers were professional, the restaurant recommendations were excellent, and every part of the trip felt seamless thanks to the team.
