"Great resort staff The gym staff was rude, welcomed me in then 1 min later kicked me out because I didn’t meet fully their running shoes policy. I was just doing arms and shoulders weights but the assistant and then the manager both asked me to leave. FYI it’s important to have the requirements and policy at the front desk and review with gym goers before they enter the gym and not fish them out minutes later after your assistant opened the double glass door welcoming me in after I signed . Just poor customer service and the hotel concierge manager did not get involved all he said they run the gym not my area to manage. The hotel staff and restaurant area was very good! The gym staff terrible and rude, customers are being targeted once they are in the gym not upfront!"

"Great location right on the marina. All inclusive option is a must with access to restaurants, a very cool option opposed to just having buffets and eating the same thing every day. The restaurants were excellent right on the marina, the food choices were outstanding from steakhouse, Mexican, breakfast, seafood and Italian! Been traveling to Cabo for 15yrs this was my 1st time not staying beach front but the marina view and access was worth the change of pace. Fiesta Marina is quiet and a great bang for your buck, a must stay! "

"5 star adult only. They allow kids but only pool for the kids on property. Best ocean view room I have ever had. Best tuna sushi on rooftop bar. We have never had any better. They want you to do their breakfast to buy the vacation club and they give you free meal vouchers. If you use them it is an extermely limited menu. They should give you a choice. I would be happy paying vs the free."
