"My experience at Krystal Grand Los Cabos was very mixed. On one hand, the facilities are very good—modern, clean, and visually appealing. The place has great potential and makes an excellent first impression. However, everything else falls far short. The food is very poor in quality, with limited and unsatisfying options. The customer service is slow, inattentive, and overall disappointing, and the staff’s attitude was generally unpleasant. It’s unfortunate that a hotel with such great facilities performs so poorly in the most important areas: the guest experience. Due to the low quality of both the food and the service, I would definitely not stay here again."

"Location great in the marina area in Cabo. Rooms very outdated, tons of little flies in the rooms. Probably one of the dirtiest properties I've stayed at in Cabo, been visiting for 10 years now. Pool area was dirty, rooms never fully cleaned and the kids pool was gross. Also, in the kids area the "family bathroom" the workers use, so every time when taking my toddler to the bathroom a worker would come out and it was always dirty. Better properties in this area to stay at. "

"TL;DR: Chill, low-energy resort with good food but notable issues. Only one main pool (second is paid “Reserve”). Nights are quiet—most guests are in by 10:30. Activities fill quickly, so arrive early or risk being turned away. Resort even ran out of tequila one day. Biggest concern: money was stolen from our room by staff, and management was dismissive and failed to honor compensation. Highlights: Beautiful, well-maintained lobby and beach area. Great daytime activities (tequila/wine tastings, water aerobics, bocce). Food overall was strong—Santé was the standout, plus great guac, snacks, and pool burritos. Fire dance show was a highlight. Lowlights: Wi-Fi is weak, TVs outdated. Room had multiple maintenance issues (loose shower fixture, temp fluctuations, cracked mirror) and got uncomfortably hot at night. Bed was lumpy. Constant water noise in room. Room service was poor (cold, bland, low quality), though the club sandwich was decent. Several restaurants underwhelmed—especially Mexican and Italian—while Asian and buffet were average. Pool bar understaffed but manageable. Sky Bar was essentially non-operational when we visited. Other concerns: Limited sustainability efforts and questionable animal welfare on the beach. Major issue: Money was stolen from our room by staff. Management was dismissive, offered a credit, then refused to honor it—leaving a very negative final impression."
