"The resort was beautiful. Staff were always very lovely, food was delicious, and we found that we did not want to leave the resort as it was already perfect for whale watching, sunrises, and sunsets at the Arch. The only comment we have was the state of our room. We think rooms need a bit of an upgrade, especially ventilation in the bathrooms and maybe a bug net for the backyard door. Nonetheless the bed and room were very comfortable and spacious. We also wished for a bit more direction and instruction about what we could/could not access, and at some busy hours we would have to ring several times to reach concierge for a golf cart to transport us. Often we had to make reservations for dinner at restaurants yet they were nearly empty most times we went. Overall would highly recommend this beautiful resort!"

"On our recent stay in Cabo the Sirena Del Mar turned out to be an excellent choice. The staff and servers were all super welcoming and helpful. We visited the on site restaurant on our arrival day for dinner and departure day for lunch. Each meal was exactly what we were looking for! In regards to the room (3402P) we were blown away by the ocean view (saw whales breaching from the balcony right after check in) and spaciousness of suite. Beds were comfy and having the full kitchen was a nice option. I would definitely consider staying here on a future visit. Thanks again for the hospitality!"

"The vegetation/flowers/hedges were beautiful and professionally maintained. The buildings of the resort were walkable but we greatly appreciated the golf cart service which was quick and frequent. The maps and directions were well laid out. The staff was incredible, the ala carte dining was top notch! From check in to check out, we had amazing service. "

"Reservation was for the Residences. Not honoured. Had to say in time share Encantada instead. Confusion. Checkin took 3 hours.. Staff put us in worst possible room-open to Tequila bar. Very very unhappy with Expedia as this was not what reservation promised."
