It was a very nice and clean place. We never had any issues looking for chairs. Restaurants were first come first serve which we barely waited to be seated. The food is great. Lots of options. The property was exceptional and exceeded expectations. The facilities were top notch and the layout was exceptional as you could quietly spend the day at the pool or wander down to the pools beachside for a more lively experience, and the beach, well let’s just say … ahhhh this is the best! Food was exceptional, like all Roy’s I have stayed at, and the staff here were the best I have experienced anywhere on a mass scale in a large time. All so friendly, accommodating and nice. Resort and stay was better than I expected. I let Ai pick and choose a hotel for me. My o my it exceeded my expectations. Resort had different cuisines to enjoy and multiple swimming pools with alcohol service. Room was great too, beers and liquor available in the room. Not all staff speaks fluent English so be patient, they are very helpful. Use Google translate app if you are having trouble communicating.

The amenities are great and the pool bar people are amazing. The check in people along with the taxi coordinators had terrible attitudes. Another thing to note; if you aren’t paying for their private transportation you’ll have to walk outside of the property and onto the dirt road to be able to catch an uber or taxi. My room was ocean view so we had about a mile walk from our villa to the entrance of the resort.
