Excellent room and facilities. The grounds are beautiful. Service is excellent. And only 25 min from the airport, in San Jose Del Cabo. We had a wonderful few days away as a couple. I liked it better than Cabo. Be aware, the spa is amazing but very pricey- as in for 90 min couples massage was nearly 50% higher in price than in the states. That said, the spa was beautiful and the service amazing- just expect to pay more

Excellent stay. Beautiful room, beautiful property, attentive staff. Gorgeous spa. Golf next door. Great car service. Short distance away is Acre and Flora Farms for great farm to table food. Well worth the cost.

Paradise with the highest level of service.

This resort is amazing. The rooms, the facilities and the incredible service. Zadun has a special option for kosher guests and the food and service was amazing. The spa experience was breathtaking . Wonderful experience and hope to return.

The staff and property just amazing. They really go out of their way to make sure every detail is taken care of. Also, the food was authentic. Truly a 5 star resort.

The rooms are unique and incredible with private luxury. Service is top notch and amazing. Food is delicious but so expensive and way over priced to be honest. The only complaints were that we wish the pools were a tad cooler, felt like swimming in bath water, and that the adults only pool was larger.

We had a fabulous anniversary stay at Zadun. Edgar and Mara were very responsive and attentive. They surprised us with so many “extras” that made our time there so special. They entire staff on the property was amazing. We will definitely return!

This was the most amazing property I’ve ever been to for every reason. There was natural and architectural beauty, the rooms were amazing with huge ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, and a plunge pool. This is the first time I’ve actually spent quality time in my room. The food was fabulous and the service top notch everywhere. To set the stage, this is my first actual review after being an Expedia member for many years. I felt compelled to say what an top of the line experience this was. Its not often that a property goes beyond expectations but Zadun did that and so much more. If you're travelling to San Jose del Cabo, just trust me, look no further if you want a great experience.

Beautiful Property, Terrible Service – Not Worth the Price Unfortunately, our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Cabo was far from five-star. From the moment we arrived, service was slow, disorganized, and inconsistent. It took over 30 minutes to get help at the pool, and nearly an hour to place drink and food orders — and this happened more than once. Despite having a “butler,” we constantly had to ask for basic service. Loud neighbors went unchecked for hours, and when it rained briefly, the pool and restaurant shut down with no effort to assist guests — no umbrellas, no carts, no communication. Worst of all, part of the ceiling collapsed in our bathroom while my daughter was inside. The response was slow, impersonal, and careless. No one followed up to check on her. When I brought it up at checkout, the manager just blamed the butler and apologized — no resolution, no gesture of accountability. The property is beautiful and the food was good, but the service and management were a major letdown. Mauricio at the bar was the only standout. We won’t be returning and do not recommend wasting your money here.

My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Zadun. The entire staff at Zadun made us feel special during our entire stay. However, I can’t thank our personal butler’s Mara and Rodrigo enough for their outstanding service. From the rose petal prepared bath to the special room decorations commemorating each year of our marriage, the whole experience was simply wonderful. Thank you again Rodrigo and Mara! If you looking for a place of pure “Zen” with exceptional service, Zadun is the top choice.

Appreciated the warm welcome as it sets the tone. Personnel was respectful, attentive and exuded genuine kindness; always having an unwavering smile. Architectural design and landscape is exceptional. Interior design and amenities have the attention to detail Privacy was perfect. My only constructive criticism is the room service that was seamless with committed delivery, faltered with retrieval. Ritz-Carlton never disappoints. Thank you to your staff.
