"Cleaning more in the rooms. More variety for breakfast. If rules are posted they should be made to apply, example no pets in pool area but yet a dog was allowed in the pool and staff never said anything but just kept looking. Be mindful if you have six people staying in a room provide enough towels for all six people. "

"Customer service is terrible. The management of this property is extremely poor. Be prepared to wait for your room to be ready. Check in starts at 4 and we waited in line for over an hour just to be told our room wasn't ready. Then to proceed and wait until 10 pm when we finally went back up to the desk to demand one be ready since we have little kids. Waiting 6 hours for your room to be ready is ridiculous. The food and drinks are over priced. The nice restaurant looks like nothing online. It is not fancy- it is build your own burger and burrito bowls. The water park is nice and the property. It is nice it is not in the hustle and bustle of Disney but still close enough to go to. Only about 10 minutes from Disney "
